Return Policy

1. How Do I Order?
In addition to being able to order on mecumshop.com, you may also order by...

To order by phone, call 844-806-9850. Please have items you would like to purchase and credit card information available when you call.

You may order via mail by sending a Money Order (sorry, no personal checks accepted) to:

2. How is my order shipped?
The Mecum Shop ships all packages exclusively via UPS or USPS. All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO and FPO mailing addresses.

3. How long will it take to get my order?
All merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). The Mecum Shop bases estimated UPS GROUND delivery time on this UPS delivery map.

4. US Shipping
The Mecum Shop calculates shipping costs based on published UPS rates from our main warehouse in Carrollton, TX 75007 

For overnight delivery on next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 5pm ET. Overnight orders placed after 5pm ET on Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

5. Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different item from the one you purchased, you will need to return your item and place a new order.

6. What is your return policy?
We allow for any merchandise in new condition with original tags attached to be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the order ship date. Shipping cost is not included.

7. How do I return an item?
Packing and sending your returns:

1. Return must be received back in NEW condition with all original tags attached. 
2. Include the RETURN FORM 
3. Please Note: Your return will not be processed without this form. If this form is not in your return package, we cannot track your return, therefore no refund will be processed.
4. Place the item and completed return form in box.
5. Please ship your return to the below mailing address. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or insured parcel post for your return (customer is responsible for shipping costs). We are not responsible for any loss/damage that may occur to the items during shipment.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please call our customer service department at 844-806-9850 or email support@shopmecumauctions.com if you received a damaged or incorrect item.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take 7 -10 business days to appear on your account.
